Notion Is the Perfect Tool to Plan Your Next Travel Adventure
Free Travel Planning Template in Notion inside.
I’ve been a power user of Notion for the last 5+ years.
I’ve spent hundreds of hours binging on Notion YouTube videos, reading how-to guides, and learning from other Notion Creators to hone my Notion-building skills.
Over the years I’ve created a ton of custom systems in Notion that have:
Boosted my personal productivity.
Dramatically improved my time management and organization.
It helped me juggle my life, career, and side hustle.
Travel and photography are two of my passions.
One of the systems I’ve built (and fine-tuned) over the years is a comprehensive trip planning system that has has helped me make travel a priority in my life.
It’s a system to help people who are struggling to plan their holidays as well as people who just want to get a lot more organized with their trip planning to make sure they get to experience their dream holiday.
The Travel Hubs is a free comprehensive system to help you ideate, plan, and use as a daily travel itinerary.
Why am I giving it away for free to strangers online?
1. Travel planning and exploring the world doesn’t have to be hard
There are a lot of hurdles that stop people from taking that dream holiday of theirs — a lack of money, time off, or energy to plan their trip.
For those who are not naturally organized or who don’t know where to begin their trip planning…
I wanted to make it easy by sharing a templatised system that takes you through all the steps you need to take to plan your dream holiday.
Whether that’s a 3-day road trip, city hopping in Europe, or an adventure of a lifetime through Iceland.
2. I solved a problem I was experiencing and I wanted to share the power of Notion with you
They say the best products solve your own pain points.
If you have that problem, chances are someone else does too.
I decided to take that advice to heart and create a tool that gave birth to the Travel Hub Notion Template system.
(Since sharing it, it’s been downloaded by more than 824 people 🤯)
As a long time user and fan of Notion. I’ve been using it to solve a ton of problems in my own life—task tracking, project management, client management, meal planning, points & miles tracking.
The list is truly endless.
Before using the Travel Hub Notion Template system my travel information was scattered across email, folders on my lapton, Google sheets and paper print-outs.
Now it’s self-contained in the one source of truth in Notion.
Making travel planning much more efficient, time saving and convenient.
3. Creation requires practice & exploration
Creation is both a process and a skill to be honed.
It’s both an art and a science.
I followed my curiosity. I approached it with the mindset of a scientist and a creative to experiment with the process of creating a tool that others might find valuable.
Creating this travel planning tool has taught me these valuable creative lessons:
Learn what it takes to create a tool that is valuable for people experiencing the same problem as me.
Demystify the process of creating digital tools that solve a specific problem.
Gain a deeper understanding of how to optimise Notion to solve everyday problems.
If travel planning is a struggle for you, I hope you find this all-in-one Travel Planner in Notion help to make planning your next trip easy and exciting!

I travel a ton and have never heard of Notion - thanks for the rec, I’ll have to check it out!
I've been traveling full time for the last 1.5 years and use this template daily - I've made my own modifications, of course, but that's the beauty of notion! Thank you for putting this out there for free!
